Eduardo Guédez
Eduardo Guédez has been dedicated to the study and practice of Yoga since 1994, teaching since 2007, and co-leading the YTT programs at Circle Yoga in Washington DC since 2017.
He had been initiated into the Sri Vidya lineage of the Himalayan Sages and into the ancient Karlakattai practice of Tamil warriors (wooden Indian clubs). Eduardo is an E-RYT 500, YACEP, a certified Vishoka Meditation teacher, and a certified Steel Mace instructor. He is co-founder of the “Individual Radiance to Collective Glow” project, where he facilitates spaces where participants explore ways to apply the fruits of their personal practice to committed social action. Eduardo holds a master’s degree in Computer Science and recently retired from Corporate IT after a 30-year career. He is co-owner and executive director of StoneSong Awareness & Nature Center where he leads programs that integrate yoga, meditation, and forest stewardship in the Allegany mountains of Western Maryland.
