Ben Vincent is a yoga and meditation teacher based in Minneapolis, MN. His search for truth began long before being exposed to yoga, but yoga felt like coming home.
His studies include various traditions of yoga, meditation, mysticism, music, philosophy, conflict resolution and sustainable farming. He aspires to transmit yoga that is authentic, transformative and accessible, supporting students to realize freedom and fulfillment in life. His teachings are rooted in diverse wisdom traditions, Tantra, Classical and Hatha Yoga and Buddhism, through studies in The Himalayan Tradition, Krishnamacarya Lineages and ParaYoga. He also enjoys time with his family, playing music, and being in nature. He views sharing yoga as a great honor and responsibility – as there is no greater service than a work of love.
